Rental of the house is $250 per day for up to 8 people (plus 7% sales tax, if applicable); plus $25 for each extra person. The actual fee will be a function of the number of people in your party and expected usage of the property. A refundable security deposit of one day's rental will be required.
The barn can be rented without the house for events for $200 a day (plus 7% sales tax, if applicable). The barn has one bathroom nearby, but depending on the event, you might have to rent a portable toilet. Special arrangements can be made for trash pick-up. Fees would be based on your plans.
