Basement
Out of the way in the basement is a 400 sq. ft. recreation room for relaxing, enjoying TV or playing cards. The leather sectional couch and the oriental rug add to the comfort of the room. Dish TV provides access to 600 television channels. Adjacent to the rec room is a bathroom and a bedroom.
The room gets a lot of sunlight from the large corner windows. In the summer, the room is cool. In the winter, the room is warmed by a radiant heating system buried in the floor. There is a separate access to the outside from the basement. Go up the stairs and exit through a traditional cellar door.
